Tanuj is a Master's student in Operations Research at Georgia Tech's H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial Engineering, with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from VNIT Nagpur. He has four years of industry experience, including a role as Senior Operations Research Scientist at Optym under Dr. Ravindra Ahuja, where he developed optimization systems for truck scheduling and load planning. He has also worked at organizations like Bharat Electronics & Bajaj Auto building decision support systems. Tanuj's expertise spans mathematical modeling, heuristic algorithms, and logistics network design, with proficiency in C# , low-level system design and database systems. A recipient of the MITACS Globalink Research Scholarship, he completed internship at Polytechnique Montreal, University of Montreal. His research interests focus on trucking and airline scheduling systems, emphasizing planning under uncertainty and real-time operational control. He is also interested in application of operations research to financial modeling.
