Jiachen Shi is a Ph.D. student in Operations Research at the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. She received a bachelor's degree in Operations Research and a minor in Mathematics with highest honors at Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jiachen is interested in the integration of optimization and data analytics in various supply chain domains. Her current research focuses on demand supply alignment optimization across sentient supply chain networks subject to high volatility and uncertainty.
